Berlin Zoo tickets 2026: from 16 euros online, 25 at the counter

An adult ticket to Zoo Berlin starts at 16 euros online and costs 25 euros at the ticket counter in 2026, according to the zoo's own price page.

Online against the counter

The zoo prints both numbers side by side. Zoo only is listed as online from 16.00 euros against 25.00 euros at the counter for adults aged 16 and over, and online from 7.50 euros against 12.50 euros at the counter for children aged 4 to 15. The combined zoo and aquarium ticket runs from 24.00 euros online against 37.00 at the counter for adults, and from 11.00 against 17.50 for children. Children under 4 enter free. Every price includes a voluntary conservation contribution of 50 cents.

Why the word from matters

The online figures are floors, not fixed prices. The zoo writes them as from, which means the quietest days sit at 16 euros while a busy holiday date can climb toward the counter figure. Booking a specific date early is what buys the low end, not simply buying online on the way there.

Worked example

Two adults and two children visiting the zoo only pay 47 euros at the lowest online band, against 75 euros buying at the gate, a difference of 28 euros. The same family on the combined zoo and aquarium ticket pays 70 euros at the online floor and 75 euros for the zoo alone at the counter, so the aquarium is effectively free if they book ahead.

Still unclear: the page does not publish a calendar showing which dates sit at the floor price and which sit near the counter price.
