Anne Frank House tickets 2026: 16.50 euros, Tuesday 10:00 release, timed entry only
by RuinMyTrip Editorial · Aug 26, 2026
Adult tickets are 16.50 euros including the booking fee. They release every Tuesday at 10:00 Amsterdam time, six weeks ahead. Walk-up is not a real option.
Anne Frank House is the one Amsterdam ticket you cannot treat as a same-day decision. Entry is timed and online only. Adults pay 16.50 euros, ages 10 to 17 pay 7 euros, and ages 0 to 9 pay 1 euro. Each of those prices already includes a 1 euro booking fee.
How tickets actually release
Tickets go on sale every Tuesday at 10:00 Amsterdam time, for dates six weeks ahead. Popular midday slots have been reported gone in two to three minutes. That is why the destination page says to book this before you book the hotel. An early slot is the practical one: the annexe has steep stairs, small rooms, and no spare capacity for people who arrived late and hoped.
What does not discount it
The I amsterdam Card gives no discount. Museumkaart and ICOM cardholders still pay the 1 euro booking fee. An EYC card is 7 euros. Third-party platforms are not how this museum sells, and treating them as a backup when the official sale is sold out is how people buy a useless PDF.
The rest of the Amsterdam bill
This ticket is cheap next to the room. Amsterdam's tourist tax is 12.5 percent of the net rate, stacked on 21 percent VAT from 1 January 2026. Details: Amsterdam tourist tax 2026. The house itself is at Anne Frank House on the Amsterdam destination page.
