Museo de Antioquia tickets 2026: 46,000 pesos for foreigners

Museo de Antioquia charges 46,000 Colombian pesos for foreign visitors in 2026 and 18,000 pesos for Colombian nationals, according to the museum's own online ticket shop, where the entry product is sold as two separate variants labelled extranjeros and nacionales. That is a gap of 28,000 pesos on a single admission, and it is applied by nationality rather than by residence.

Buying online is a reservation, not a ticket

The shop describes the purchase as a digital reservation that has to be claimed at the museum ticket window, presenting the name it was registered under, an identification document and the confirmation email, within one month of buying. So an online purchase does not let you skip the desk, and a booking made for someone else under the wrong name is a problem at the door rather than a formality.

Opening days

The museum's visit page gives Monday to Saturday 9:40 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon, and Sundays and public holidays 9:40 to 4:30. It closes on 1 January, 1 May and 25 December. Unlike most Colombian museums it does not close on Mondays, which makes it a useful fallback on a day when the rest of the city's cultural sites are shut.

What a couple pays

Two foreign visitors pay 92,000 pesos. A Colombian couple pay 36,000. A mixed couple pay 64,000. At roughly 4,000 pesos to the dollar that is about 23 dollars for two foreigners, still modest by museum standards.
