Celebrity cruise buddies
Celebrity attracts travelers who care about food, ports and a calmer ship, and finding a few like minded people on your sailing makes long port days much better.

How people pair up on Celebrity
Celebrity is a premium line with a strong focus on dining and destination heavy itineraries. Several of its newer ships have single staterooms for solo travelers. Cruise buddies tend to plan port days together, share a private guide in European ports, and meet for dinner or at the wine bar in the evening.
Popular sailings
Caribbean cruises from Florida, Mediterranean and northern Europe cruises in summer, Alaska from Seattle and Vancouver, and small ship sailings in the Galápagos.
Shore days together
European ports like Rome, Florence and Athens often mean long days with a lot to see. Splitting a private driver or guide with a few people from your ship is a popular way to do it.
Getting a good match
- Post your ship and sail date, and your port list if you know it.
- On a Europe sailing? Say if you want to share a private guide or driver.
- Traveling solo? Say so. Plenty of Celebrity guests are, too.
