A club car from the Petra visitor centre to the Treasury is 15 Jordanian dinars in 2026 on the site authority's own fees page, with guides from 50 dinars.
A club car from the Petra visitor centre to the Treasury costs 15 Jordanian dinars in 2026, according to the Petra site authority's own fees page.
Rides inside the site
The official page lists 15 dinars for the four kilometre trip from the visitor centre to the Treasury and 25 dinars for the eight kilometre version there and back. Deeper in the basin, the one kilometre run from the Petra theatre to Qaser Albint is 10 dinars, or 15 dinars in both directions. All of these sit on top of the entry ticket rather than inside it.
Guides and viewpoints
The same page prices a licensed guide at 50 dinars for the main trail, and at 100 dinars for the main trail with either the High Place or the Monastery added. A ticket for the viewpoints opposite the Treasury is 15 dinars.
Two rules worth knowing
The authority states that the Jordan Pass does not cover the Petra by Night show, and that a daylight ticket is required in order to attend it. Children under 10 go to Petra by Night free, and children under 12 enter free during the day. A couple who ride in, walk out and hire a guide for the main trail spend 80 dinars between them on extras alone, or 110 dinars once they add the Treasury viewpoint. The page sets out the rules for Petra by Night without printing its ticket price, so that one figure still has to come from the ticket office.
