The tower's own rates page puts an adult lift ticket to the second floor at 23.50 euros in 2026 and the lift to the top at 36.70 euros, with stairs from 14.80.
An adult lift ticket to the Eiffel Tower's second floor costs 23.50 euros in 2026 and the lift to the top costs 36.70 euros, according to the tower's own rates page.
Four ways up, four prices
The official page lists 23.50 euros for the lift to the second floor, 36.70 euros for the lift to the top, 14.80 euros for the stairs to the second floor, and 28.00 euros for the stairs followed by the lift to the top. Walking the first stage and finishing by lift saves 8.70 euros against the full lift ticket.
Youth and child rates
Visitors aged 12 to 24 pay 11.80 euros for the lift to the second floor, 18.40 euros to the top, 7.40 euros for the stairs, and 14.00 euros for the stairs and lift combination. Children aged 4 to 11 pay 6.00, 9.20, 3.80 and 7.00 euros respectively for the same four tickets.
What a family pays
Two adults and two children aged 8 and 10 going to the top by lift pay 91.80 euros. The same family stopping at the second floor pays 59.00 euros, and walking up to the second floor brings it down to 37.20 euros. A couple climbing the stairs pay 29.60 euros between them. The rates page shows no separate price for buying at the ticket desk, so booking online appears to secure a time slot rather than a discount, and the tower sells out well ahead in summer.
